THE JOBWe’re adding to our Box Office team and are searching for individuals to fill several Box Office Agent roles in the Denver area to service primarily the JUNKYARD as well as various events and other venues as needed. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and is a part-time occasional position, based on event requirements.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOEnsure compliance of Live Nation cash handling policies and proceduresBalancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket salesPrompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer serviceFacilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List OperationsTroubleshooting night of show issues (Transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.)Work with Guest Services/Operations on any ADA requirementsProviding knowledge of upcoming events & upgrades availableKnowledgeable on the events culture and genreProviding positive energyOther ResponsibilitiesDaily operations on Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks.Following opening and closing shift proceduresFollow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiersEnsure compliance with ADA ticket lawsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:Knowledge of Cash HandlingKnowledge of In Person Customer ServiceEntry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) as well as Point Of Sales systemsFlexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays)Tolerance of all cultures, music and art formsAbility to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environmentHigh School DiplomaPreferred:Attention to detail in a multi-tasked environmentKnowledge of ticket sales and previous Ticketing experienceExperience in working in live entertainment operationsTicketmaster host system experienceExperience in identifying counterfeit cash / ID’sWorking knowledge of Windows based PC programsPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Working environment is fast-paced and semi exposed to outdoor elementsPosition requires repetitive use of arms/hands for typingEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
