We're seeking an experienced Technical Designer to join our team on a temporary basis and help ensure our products meet the exceptional fit, construction, and quality standards our customers expect. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 4-6 months and requires onsite presence at our Freeport, Maine headquarters two days per week.In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate product fit, develop and maintain technical specifications, and drive continuous improvements throughout the product development process. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $73,000.00 - $91,200.00. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
