• Lifting up to approx. 50 lbs (30% of time). (experience)
• Standing up to 8 hrs. per day. (experience)
• Dexterity, repetitive motion. Frequently handling light weight materials in difficult work positions. (experience)
• Valid Drivers License. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Completes selected repairs and maintenance to building components such as doors, windows, acoustical ceilings and floor coverings.

• Installs accessories such as bulletin boards, projector screens, cabinets, etc.

• Assists in construction of items such as picnic tables, barricades, sawhorses, etc.

• Assists with snow removal at assigned locations.

• Tours L.L. Bean Retail and Corporate buildings, noting maintenance and cleaning needed and prepares appropriate work order through Service Channel.
