Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.Your ImpactThe Lead Analyst-Digital Brand Advocate will work with strategic suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize brand focused, online customer experiences on Lowes.com. The Lead Analyst will build strong business relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online sales, traffic and conversion through identifying and improving online content, browse behavior, promotions, fulfillment, assortment mix, inventory and returns. This role will ensure that existing, new and promotional items are optimized and offer support when suppliers need help with online/system troubleshooting. The Lead will also be responsible for understanding customer behavior, building strategic plans and leading presentations with supplier and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives. Here you have the freedom to team up and collaborate, explore your every curiosity, and help us shape the future of retail.What You Will DoAnalyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve the online experience, streamline fulfillment, maximize assortment and drive conversionLeverage inputs from customer satisfaction score, reviews and question and answers to continuously improve the overall customer experience for assigned brand(s)Act as the subject matter expert for the supported brand(s) assortment and strategyServe as the primary point of contact for issues pertaining to online SKU presentation and brand performanceBuild and lead presentations with suppliers and merchants to drive strategic plans and analyze execution. Required Qualifications

  • 6-7 years of experience in ecommerce, digital/retail merchandising, digital marketing or vendor management (experience, 7 years)
  • Experience in optimizing flexible fulfillment models with a multi-channel retailer (experience)

  • Proven experience leading and/or facilitating complex projects that require multiple stakeholders and drive impacts across the greater organization (experience)
  • Proven experience with major consumer brands and how to support and differentiate them in the digital space (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, finance, statistics or related field (degree in business)

Responsibilities
