What You Will DoThe purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the objectives of Supply Chain in providing operational consistency and initiative success to the overall Supply Chain organization. This role will provide analytical support to initiative and operational leadership within the Supply Chain team while also assuming responsibility for the delivery of tactical initiatives. This role will operate with a high level of cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain as well as with other enterprise functions (Store Operations, Merchandising, Tech, Finance, and others) and external partners.What You Will DoPerform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to support capability development across the Supply Chain network.Support initiative execution and project delivery through planning, scheduling, and issue tracking.Help design and deliver change management plans, including creating and facilitating training to drive adoption of new tools and processes.Analyze operational and supply chain performance data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Analyze supply chain performance data and trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.Support issue management and resolution for day-to-day operational needs.Participate in post-project evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Build reports and dashboards that track project performance against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Conduct competitive and market research as needed to support supply chain innovation.Maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate implementation and ensure alignment with business goals.Individual ContributorMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field or 1-2 Years supply chain, logistics, operations, or project coordination roles, preferably in a retail or distribution setting.1-2 Years Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.1-2 Years Ability to work across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.1-2 Years Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.1-2 Years Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.1-2 Years High level of initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively.1-2 Years Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Preferred Skills/EducationFamiliarity with retail or e-commerce supply chain environments.Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement training.#LI-Onsite#LI-LG2About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
