Transportation Clerk - WeekendsPosition SummaryThe Visitor Center Clerk provides welcoming, accurate, and efficient service to visitors. This role supports daily transportation operations by answering questions, processing manifest, and materials, and ensuring driver/guest have a positive experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet drivers professionally and provide information about facilities, services, enter and scan all paperwork accurately.Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries; direct drivers to appropriate locations or staff.Keep the visitor center clean, organized, stocked, and visitor-ready.Data entry, recordkeeping, filing, Yard Audits, and basic administrative tasks.Address driver/visitor concerns courteously and escalate complex issues when needed.Follow all safety, security, customer-service, and confidentiality policies.Your Impact at Lowe'sWithin our distribution team, you play a key role in making sure our shipment are accurately received, organized, and then shipped to our stores.
