Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Governance Adoption• Localize and deploy global/regional governance.• Maintain standards, templates, and playbooks.• Monitor governance adoption and maturity.2. Capability Development• Develop Product Management, Change Leadership to enterprise wide.• Lead training, coaching, Communities of Practice, certification, and maturity assessments.3. Enterprise Adoption Strategy• Define adoption roadmap, communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and executive awareness.• Drive enterprise-wide behavioral adoption.4. Maturity Management• Define and operate maturity models for Product Manager.5. Transformation Enablement• Provide governance consulting, facilitation, templates, and best practices to contribute to improve Product Manager capability company wide.6. Performance Measurement• Track governance adoption, capability maturity, Vision/Journey creation/Epic definition/CDF adoption, training completion, and value realization.7.
