The Assistant Manager supports the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of learning solutions that develop the capabilities of financial representatives and agency leaders across different career stages. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to execute onboarding programmes, continuous learning initiatives, and strategic capability-building projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving learning effectiveness through programme facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and innovative learning approaches, including GenAI-enabled role play simulations.
