Job Description
To support the agency recruitment functions and drive new recruitment projects with an ultimate goal to grow the agency force aggressively in alignment with the Company's direction of developing Premium Agency.Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with Field Force, Agency Directors and different departments to support all Company’s recruitment initiatives to help grow agency manpower for long-term sustainable business growthDesign, promote and execute recruitment campaigns via various communication channels with field forcePlan and coordinate seminars and recruitment platforms to support agency recruitment activitiesOrganize training workshops and deliver regular recruitment training to agencyDesign, write-up and develop recruitment materials / tools and provide regular content maintenanceEnhance agency communication through district meetings and provide ad hoc support to other agency functionsPrepare articles for Company’s newsletter and other platforms to communicate with agency on recruitment initiativesSupport in running regular recruitment events and provide necessary support to team members as requiredRequired Qualifications:Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or Communications, preferably FLMI holderAt least 10 years of working experience in insurance industry with good understanding in tied agency, in which at least 3 years in managerial positionExperience in tied agency training and development is preferableGood knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviorsGood team player, willing to accept challenges and work under tight timelineGood organization skills and attentive to detailsGood writing, communication & presentation skillsExcellent command of spoken and written English and ChineseGood command of Putonghua is an added advantageStrong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processingWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.About Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
