The Business Manager partners with the AVP and leadership team to drive operational excellence, business performance, governance, and strategic execution. This role serves as a key enabler of organizational effectiveness by providing business insights, coordinating strategic priorities, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.The successful candidate is expected to operate with minimal supervision, independently navigate complex operational issues, and effectively collaborate with managers, directors, AVPs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
