Job Description

We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator, Asia (6 months contractor) to join our Asia Talent Acquisition team. Our mission is to source, attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent to support our business goals. We partner with hiring leaders across Asia to support hiring initiatives and deliver engaging campus recruitment and employer branding activities that strengthen Manulife’s position as an employer of choice.This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of campus recruitment programs across Asia, while contributing to end‑to‑end hiring activities and ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.Position Responsibilities: Program CoordinationCoordinate campus recruitment programs, including summer internship and co‑op hiring cyclesTrack and manage hiring progress (headcount approvals, candidate pipelines, offers, onboarding status)Monitor timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery across milestonesRecruitment & Operations SupportSupport end‑to‑end recruitment activities in line with recruitment guidelines and best practicesCoordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer documentationManage candidate and stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth and timely hiring processProvide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes where neededCampus Events & EngagementSupport planning and execution of campus engagement activities (career fairs, company visits, information sessions)Coordinate logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and event-day operationsContribute to delivering a consistent and engaging employer brand experience on campusData & Tracker ManagementOwn and maintain recruitment trackers (candidate pipeline, hiring progress, onboarding status)Consolidate data and support reporting on campus hiring performanceEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systems and trackersStakeholder & Team SupportCoordinate with hiring managers, HR/TA teams, offshore teams, and university partnersProactively follow up on action items and provide regular status updatesCollaborate closely with team members to deliver against shared hiring targets and timelinesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, campus recruitment, or recruitment operationsStrong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyHigh attention to detail, particularly in data tracking and process managementSolid understanding of recruitment and hiring processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partnersHands‑on, proactive approach with a strong focus on executionExperience supporting campus events and early talent programs is an advantageWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.About Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.   • Solid understanding of recruitment and hiring processes (experience)

  • Experience supporting campus events and early talent programs is an advantage (experience)
