Investment Expert職務概要Investmentエキスパートは、MLJのエキスパートチームの一員として、マクロ経済、金融市場、資産運用に関する高度な知見をもとに、顧客、募集人（独立代理店含む）、社内部門に対して投資関連の教育・支援を提供する役割を担います。個別具体的な投資助言を行うものではなく、市場環境や商品理解を深めるための情報提供・助言フレームワークを提供し、特に変額商品・外貨建商品の販売品質向上を目的とします。主な職責マクロ経済、金融市場、資産運用、ファンドに関する情報を分かりやすい資料、プレゼンテーション、教育コンテンツとして整理・提供顧客向けに、投資環境、資産配分、ファンドの考え方に関する説明資料を作成募集人・独立代理店向けの研修、セミナー、ウェビナーの企画・実施変額保険等の商品におけるファンド選定支援大型案件における募集人との共同訪問、経営層レベルのエンゲージメント支援社内部門（商品、マーケティング、営業等）への市場・投資観点での助言投資関連コンテンツの定期的なレビューおよび更新マーケット動向、規制環境の変化をモニタリングし、社内外へ共有必要なスキル・経験金融、投資、資産運用分野での実務経験金融機関、運用会社、投資アドバイザリー等での経験があれば尚可マクロ経済・市場・ファンドを体系的に説明できる知識プレゼンテーションおよび高いコミュニケーション能力複雑な内容を整理し、顧客・募集人に理解しやすく伝える力投資助言におけるレギュレーション・制約への理解About Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
