Job Description

Manulife Japan is looking to fill the role of Assistant Test Manager (Bilingual preferred). Please review the responsibilities and qualifications below. Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the insurance domain (experience)
  • ISTQB, PMP, QAI, ISO, CAPM, HP ALM, Silk (experience)
  • Up to 4 times per month or as required (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and be responsible for QA delivery
  • Create initial estimates of testing effort for new developments and enhancements
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and defect triage calls
  • Work with cross-functional teams for defect management
  • Monitor, measure, control, and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and completion status
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to test team members
