Job Description

CQS/Manulife is looking for a Responsible Investment Analyst who will work closely with our Responsible Investment Specialist to support ESG integration and participate in delivering against key strategic sustainability responsibilities, including engagement, stewardship, research and client reporting.Position Responsibilities: Participate in climate focused engagement activity, including our Targeted Net Zero alignment programme, working with our Responsible Investment SpecialistCo-ordinate with sector research analysts to ensure we have up to date ESG ratings and timely corporate evaluations which cover relevant material ESG factor assessmentConduct due diligence and ensure accurate portfolio-level ESG data capture and monthly reporting analysis, including participation in efforts to further enhance the quality of data to assess climate, nature and people risks and impactsSupport and contribute to firm-wide responsible investment reporting including the UK Stewardship Code, PRI and TCFDManaging written client and advisor queries linked to MCQS’ portfolios. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
