Learn more about it below!Position Responsibilities: Provide Salesforce admin support, including user administration and password resets.Manage incident triage and technical support for Salesforce production issues.Coordinate tasks and change tickets for external app upgrades.Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals.Performing System Maintenance and Seasonal Release (Refresh, Sandbox Creation/Deletion, Site Switch, Certificate Renewal, and Salesforce Integrations)Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)Amenable to work in night shiftRequired Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.Strong configuration skills, including flows, automation, reports, and dashboardsExperience in Salesforce platform maintenance and organization health checksAbility to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantageExperience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plusPreferred Qualifications: Experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementation projectsProficiency in Salesforce deployment and sandbox managementStrong communication skills with a proven ability to work with key business stakeholdersIssue and ticket management experienceKnowledge of Salesforce integrations and external application upgradesWhen you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
