Job Description

Senior Manager Legal Counsel plays The Legal Counsel ensures the company’s operations, products, and strategic initiatives comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The role provides clear and practical legal advice to support decision-making, while reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements and documents to protect the company’s interests. It partners closely with cross-functional teams to balance business needs with legal and regulatory requirements.In addition, the Legal Counsel monitors regulatory updates and industry changes to proactively assess potential impacts on the business.
