Job Description

We’re seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team and support the development of AI capabilities and AI-powered applications for internal teams like finance, risk, and HR. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, efficient experiences that enable internal teams to work smarter and faster, while helping embed AI thoughtfully and responsibly throughout our workflows.This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys problem-solving in complex and specialized environments and is excited to advocate for and apply AI throughout the UX design process.Position Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to understand needs, constraints, and opportunitiesTranslate requirements, concepts, and data insights into usable, intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes using FigmaDesign end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled internal tools, workflows, and applicationsApply and adhere to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across toolsClearly communicate design intent, decisions, and tradeoffs to stakeholdersUse AI tools throughout the design process for exploration, ideation, and prototypingAdvocate for the thoughtful use of AI in UX practice, helping teams understand where and how it can add valueRequired Qualifications: 3 - 5+ years of professional UX design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, interaction design, and workflow designProficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborationPreferred Qualifications: Ability to think critically about AI-driven experiences, including usability, trust, and clarityCuriosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled products and workflowsExperience working within a design system and applying established UI patternsExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisionsExperience designing for internal tools, enterprise systems, or complex user workflowsPractical experience using AI tools to enhance the design processWhen you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Required Qualifications
