JOB SUMMARY
As the Director, Digital Ads Products and Solutions, you will play an important role in the development and execution of advertising technology and product strategy for Riott Media. Working closely with the VP of Riott Media and MVP of Tech & Digital, You will help define and deliver Riott Media’s Ad Tech ecosystem and product roadmap, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of advertising technology platforms that power Riott Media’s monetization strategy. This role is pivotal in building scalable, data-driven ad product solution (e.g., audience targeting, ad serving, performance analytics, inventory management, new ads formats) to enable advertisers to engage with high-value travelers across Riott Media’s ads product offering (e.g. On-property Ads, Owned Digital Ads, Offsite Digital Ads).. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to select and implement SaaS vendors, manage product roadmaps, shaping ad solutions, incorporating partner feedback and ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
In this role, you will be expected to thrive in a startup-like environment. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, technical experience, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You are an excellent communicator and leader who will inspire the advertising product and tech strategy, incorporating customer insights and Marriott’s unique value. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/Ad Tech ecosystem, digital marketing, and the evolving commerce media landscape.
