Job Summary
As a Director Marketing, you will play an important role in supporting and implementing EMEA’s marketing initiatives that contribute to the commercial performance of our portfolio, brands, hotels, and programmes across diverse EMEA markets. Your responsibilities will include raising awareness and driving consideration for Marriott Bonvoy and our brands, helping to capture a greater share of the hotel travel market, and supporting revenue growth.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across functions and geographies, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In partnership with the EMEA Commercial Organisation and supporting teams, you will assist in the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring they reflect the needs of our business and consumers, and are tailored to the unique characteristics of EMEA markets.
Success in this role requires a solid understanding of marketing, digital, brand, and loyalty disciplines, alongside excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholder requirements, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Demonstrated experience in marketing, strong business acumen, and proficiency in marketing practices will enable you to contribute to the ongoing growth and innovation of our organisation.
