The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong are currently hiring a Director of Beverage.

Job Summary

  • Manages all beverage operations and staff on a daily basis
  • Areas of responsibility include beverage service in the Restaurants/Bars and Room Service
  • Directs and works with the food and beverage/culinary management team and employees to successfully execute all beverage operations
  • Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury hotels
  • WSET Level 3 Award in Wines or above is highly preferred
  • Solid knowledge in beverage trends and market dynamics
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
