The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team. Your mission is to provide members and guests with exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a 5-star experience.

You will support the Golf Sales Executive in upselling to golf events, coordinate corporate and society golf days, and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of golf operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to all golfers and guests.
• Assist in selling golf events and upselling extras.
• Coordinate golf days from start to finish, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Support retail, membership, and outside operations.
• Manage the booking system and maintain accurate records.
• Report on rounds of golf, residential revenues, and corporate revenues.
