About the Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry (where applicable). You will ensure guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are impeccably maintained, while driving efficiency and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment that reflects Marriott’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
- Inspect guestrooms and public areas to maintain brand standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies and equipment.
- Control departmental budgets and achieve financial goals.
- Lead and develop a motivated team through training and recognition.
- Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements for service excellence.

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related area.
OR - 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field (no prior experience required).
