This position will complete reservations and encourage member retention through value-added delivery.Job Responsibilities:Handle in-bound calls within corporate service levelsAssist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservationsAnswering customer enquiries and resolving customer care issuesOptimize booking opportunities and promoting member retention and loyaltyAnswer emails with accuracy, clarity and simplicity in a customer friendly mannerWorks cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and member satisfaction achievedJob Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher.1 year of working experience in the related field is preferredCustomer service orientedGood Communication SkillsExcellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skillsExperience with travel related reservation system will be an advantageAbility to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervisionRequired language(s): This role is expected to communicate to English or Japanese speaking guests.
