As an Account Manager on our Select team, your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating coverage, and managing proposals and renewals. Additionally, you will maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:3+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company, preferably in an Account Manager position or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customersBeing a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlinesDialing into the details, ensuring accuracy of the minute details of a project or taskInterpreting complex documents, such as insurance policies with multiple coverages, detailed applications and proposals.Reviewing and presenting renewal proposals to clients (written, verbal, in person meetings, etc.)Computer proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and navigating Agency Management SystemsExperience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contractsAbility to work on a fast paced, high volume, and high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitudeThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hireBS/BA in Business, Insurance or related fieldCPCU, CLCS, ARM, CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & CasualtyExperience working with Applied Epic, agency management systemAvailable to travel for client meetings, as neededWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
