Company:MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Resiliency Management team within Marsh Technology business. This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As the Application Specialist – Business Resiliency you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing support of technology solutions for the Business Resiliency Management (BRM) Department. Working in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders, you will identify business needs, define process requirements and system specifications, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.This is a seasoned individual contributor role, ideal for someone who can manage projects end-to-end, work independently, support teammates, and collaborate effectively across the company.
