This role will be based in Hong Kong.We will count on you to:Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for a medium or large team, coordinates and oversees workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.Cultivates a deep understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provides advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.Utilizes substantial risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients’ exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for moderately complex clients needs, including recommending additional products and services as solutions.Presents, develops and executes renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive and executes in accordance with client instructions.Partners with Placement to receive, negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers and presents the evaluations to clients.Participates in presentations to prospective clients, identifies the need for new products and develops/suggests innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain clients and projects.Builds and maintains relationships with clients, and is the primary point of contact for difficult service needs.Coordinates the production of client deliverables, including monitoring delivery and invoicing to ensure the quality of materials.Has an in-depth knowledge of changing market conditions and contributes to the firm’s body of knowledge within product line through active internal communication.What you need to have:Bachelor degree holder or aboveWith valid broker licenseAt least 8-10 years’ working experience in broking industry preferably in Marine specialtyProficient PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point is criticalPro-active, self-driven, solution-focused and detail-oriented with strong skills in client relationship managementLanguage fluency in English and ChineseWhy join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being Marsh Risk is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
