This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.To improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of the IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering practice by supporting the Operational Risk Consulting (ORC) IMEA leader with execution of key strategic initiatives, reporting, managing proposals, technical collateral, operational initiatives, knowledge management and cross-functional coordination. The role acts as the operational hub between leadership, engineers, valuers, business development, finance and regional teams.We will count on you for:1. Strategic Initiative ManagementTrack regional action itemsCoordinate implementation of strategic initiativesEscalate delays and maintain accountability4. Technical Marketing & Knowledge ManagementDevelop service sheets, capability statements and case studiesMaintain project databases and credential libraries with support5. Technical Support & AnalyticsCompile valuation and engineering dataCreate recurring client and management presentationsWhat you need to have: Engineering or related degree.
