This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Canadian Alternatives Investment Leader (AIL) is a senior investment professional who will report to the Regional CIO of Investments and provide leadership for the Alternatives Investment Directors in the region. The AIL is responsible for developing the investment strategy and investment value proposition by client segment to support MGI’s business objectives through alternatives solutions and services delivery. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $140,600 to $233,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
