This role will be based in Pavilion Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Carrier Relationship Management - Senior AnalystWe will count on you to:1. Operational Management & AdministrationOversee the entire day-to-day operations of the Risk Management departmentManage administrative functions including file management, documentation, and complianceEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsMonitor department efficiency and implement process improvementsMaintain records, databases, and systems accuracy2. Client Service & Frontline SupportServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concernsHandle and respond promptly to all client communications (calls, emails, site visits)Manage insurer inquiries and coordinate with insurance partnersAddress internal departmental and cross-functional inquiriesEnsure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationshipsDocument and track all inquiries and resolutions3. Policy Renewals & MaintenanceInitiate, track and manage all policy renewal deadlinesPrepare renewal quotes and documentationCommunicate renewal requirements to clients in a timely mannerCoordinate with underwriters and insurance partnersEnsure timely renewal execution and client confirmationFollow up on pending renewals and address delays4. Business Development & SalesIdentify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within existing client baseManage tender processes and respond to RFP inquiriesDevelop new business opportunities aligned with departmental goalsPrepare proposals and presentations for potential clientsSupport marketing and business development initiativesMaintain active business pipeline and sales records5. Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and coach junior staff members and downlinesConduct trainings to clientsMonitor team performance and provide constructive feedbackFoster a collaborative and high-performing team environment6.
