You’ll support the Client Engagement Director by refining sales strategies, coaching the team, and improving processes that create a smooth experience for producers and clients. You’ll lead sales intake and follow-up activities, maintain strong data integrity, and coordinate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure consistent execution and measurable value. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
