Company:Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Credit Specialties (CS) team at PT Marsh. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.In this role, you will be accountable for managing existing accounts while driving new business acquisition and strategic growth across Credit Specialties products, including Trade Credit Insurance, Surety, Political Risk, and Structured Credit. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and insurer partners to originate, structure, negotiate, and close renewals and new business opportunities, positioning Marsh as the leading credit risk advisor in Indonesia.We will count on you to:Build trusted relationships with clients’ key executives/management to position Marsh as their preferred credit risk advisory partner.Drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying, developing, and converting opportunities through direct client engagement, networking, referrals, and market prospecting.Promote Marsh's Credit Specialties solutions (Trade Credit Insurance, Surety, Political Risk Insurance, Structured Credit, and Claim Advisory Services) by articulating clear value propositions aligned with client needs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BD, CE, Claims, Legal, Finance, and regional CS teams) to develop competitive and innovative solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery.Engage strategically with insurers and underwriting partners to understand market appetite, negotiate competitive terms, and secure optimal insurance solutions for clients.Maintain strong knowledge of Indonesia’s credit risk landscape, insurance market developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends to provide informed market insights and advisory services.What you need to have:Proven experience in credit risk insurance solutions and/or specialty insurance broking, with demonstrated capability in managing accounts and driving business growth.Strong client-facing and business development skills, including the ability to build executive-level relationships and convert opportunities into revenue.Solid understanding of the Indonesia insurance market, credit risk landscape, and relevant regulatory considerations.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver compelling proposals.What makes you stand out:Experience across multiple Credit Specialties products (Trade Credit, Surety, Political Risk, Structured Credit) and claim advisory capabilities.Strong network across target industries and insurer/underwriting partners in Indonesia.Track record of developing strategic account plans and coordinating cross-functional resources to win and retain priority clients.Why join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
