As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will shape marketing strategies for client renewals and deliver precise, client-facing materials. You will leverage your expertise in funding contracts and carrier reporting systems, while collaborating closely with the Client Executive to provide insightful analysis and negotiate tailored benefits coverage.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Insurance or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience3 years’ insurance industry experienceStrong Technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverageThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:KS/MO Life and Health LicenseDriver’s License and proper insurance5+ years’ experience preferredWorking knowledge of BenefitPoint / ImageRight / Applied Epic is a bonusWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes.
