With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).A day in the life.As our Client Account Executive on our senior living team, you'll support Producers by providing high level expertise, technical detail, and client service to clients and account teams through:Knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives.Exercising independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, recommending coverage needs, and suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients, as appropriate.Developing strong relationships with carriersDirect marketing of accounts in collaboration with the Producer and Marketing TeamOur future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related trainingFive years of commercial insurance industry experienceProperty and casualty insurance licenseStrong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts, including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problemsStrong organizational skillsAbility to utilize leadership skills by providing direction, constructive feedback, development and training while additionally being able to motivate others to maximize productivity and team moraleDemonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel, occasionally overnightThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Advanced degreeCertification or designationExperience with Requests for ProposalSenior Care ExperienceWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
