Company:MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Thailand team. This role will be based in Bangkok. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As a Compensation Consulting Analyst, you will support client projects by analysing financial and compensation data, preparing market comparisons and assisting with client-ready materials. You will work closely with more senior consultants to deliver accurate analysis, clear exhibits and well-documented work that supports client discussions and reviews.We will count on you to:Analyse client financial and compensation data against market benchmarks using Excel modelling and structured approachesValidate market data with colleagues and ensure client specifications are accurately appliedPrepare clear exhibits that compare market compensation data with client data for client meetings and senior consultant reviewResearch public filings and other sources to gather financial and market data, and develop peer groups for benchmarking analysisUse Mercer’s in-house technology and other proprietary tools to run reports and extract data for analysis and deliverablesAssist in preparing client presentations and reports by converting Excel analysis into PowerPoint slidesSupport seminar and workshop logistics and materials when neededMaintain accurate documentation of methodologies, data sources and assumptionsWhat you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources or a related field2-5 years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance or consulting, with recent graduate’s welcome to applyWell-developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis to colleagues and senior reviewersWillingness to learn, follow established methodologies and respond well to feedbackTeam-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectivelyStrong research skills and the ability to synthesise information from public filings, market reports and proprietary dataClient-service orientation and professionalism in dealings with internal and external stakeholdersWhat makes you stand out:Experience with compensation or total rewards projectsExposure to financial or market benchmarking analysisConfidence working with Excel, PowerPoint or similar client reporting toolsWhy join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leadersWe foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communitiesOur scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-beingMarsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
