Company:MarshDescription:Employee Benefits Team LeadThis role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We are looking for a senior Employee Benefits Specialist to lead a small team of consultants and manage a portfolio of clients in Auckland. In this role, you will help shape the client experience, support service delivery, and contribute to the growth and retention of the portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams and insurers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.We will count on you to:Lead, coach and support a team of consultants, setting clear priorities and encouraging high-quality service deliveryAct as a senior escalation point for complex client issues, complaints and revenue opportunitiesManage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, building trusted relationships and anticipating client needsOversee renewals, governance activities, claims management and new business implementationWork closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate service delivery, identify growth opportunities and support business development activityMaintain accurate records, reporting and client documentation, while meeting compliance and quality standardsWhat you need to have:Experience in employee benefits, insurance, broking or a related client management roleProven ability to lead, coach or support a small teamWell-developed client relationship and account management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailWhat makes you stand out:Level 5 Accreditation in Life & HealthExperience managing employee benefits portfolios and renewal processesKnowledge of the New Zealand life and health insurance marketWhy join our team:We are a dedicated and high performing team of people risk specialist that includes:-Employee Health and benefit consultantsPersonal life and health risk advisorsWe value building human relationships and connections.
