Company:Marsh CorporateDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Executive Assistant at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.Job Summary:Provides proactive executive and administrative support to multiple leaders by managing calendars, travel, meetings, and office operations to ensure smooth, efficient regional business support.We will count on you to:Deliver effective, proactive calendar management – organize, adjust and communicating short- and long-term schedule requirements.Meeting and event planning, scheduling and coordination of logistics. Support leader with meeting logistics, agenda setting and prioritization of issues.Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and expense reporting.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information in compliance with internal standards and policies.Understand general business models, key business partners and objectives of meetings & events.Analyze administrative problems and communicate effective solutions.Coordinate with other teams for onsite office support and hospitality requirements as necessary.What you need to have:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field3 - 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in regional or multi-country environments (C-suite or regional leadership exposure is an advantage).
