With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day in the life.As our Service Associate on the Commercial Lines team, you'll support the service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals by processing new and renewal business, updating and maintaining information in the client management system, addressing and resolving client questions and issues, escalating issues of increased complexity, providing clients with information including plan information, rates, contributions, assemble proposals and other presentations, assist in preparation of new and renewal proposals, stewardship reports, service plans, and comparisons, maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Assignment based primarily upon the individual's minimal level of experience and production capacity to service a midsize book of businessHigh school diploma or equivalentDemonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate strong organizational and project skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all mattersPrioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activitiesRespond quickly to client requests and work to provide appropriate informationAccept accountability for the quality of workThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Insurance licenseFive years of industry specific experienceLOB designationsCollege or advanced degreeWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
