Company:MercerDescription:We are seeking a Junior Global Benefits Management Account Specialist to support our Account Management team in delivering high-quality client service across global accounts.This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in client support, data analysis, and project coordination. You will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams locally and globally to help ensure the smooth delivery of client workstreams.This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca.
