Company:Oliver WymanDescription:Oliver Wyman is looking to bring onboard an experienced professional as an AI Product Enablement Analyst to join our IMEA (India, Middle East, South Africa) Quotient Inside Team!This role will be based out of our Gurugram Office.Job Overview:The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Analyst supports the AI Capability & Adoption function through structured AI experimentation, prompt engineering, workflow testing, and enablement support. This role focuses on reliable execution, technical fluency, and consistent knowledge capture while developing deeper expertise in AI tools and workflows for the Oliver Wyman Centre of Excellence for Quotient Inside.Working under the direction of the Quotient Inside Product Strategy leadership team and Director of AI Product Enablement, the Analyst contributes to coaching support, prompt refinement, custom GPT testing, and artifact creation that help scale responsible AI usage and adoption across the firm.This is a hands-on contributor role that emphasizes experimentation, documentation, and quality delivery .Key Responsibilities:Coaching Support & Community EngagementSupport office hours and working sessionsHelp translate user questions into structured AI prompts or Product Strategy team actions and backlog itemsGuide colleagues toward appropriate resources and exemplarsSupport AI coaching and respond to inbound questions.AI Experimentation & Prompt EngineeringExecute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases the Centre of Excellence may own and manageSupport configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants for the Centre of ExcellenceValidate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usabilityDocumentation & Living ExemplarsBuild and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides for the Centre of ExcellenceDocument tested use cases in reusable formatsContribute technical examples and demos to training and enablement materials.Workflow Prototyping & Technical SupportAssist in prototyping lightweight AI workflows under guidanceIdentify basic technical constraints and escalate appropriatelySupport experimentation across AI tools to assess feasibility and usage boundaries.Pattern Awareness & FeedbackTrack recurring questions and usage patternsShare structured observations with the AI Product Strategy team leadsContribute technical input to decks and enablement documentation.Experience Required:2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent rolesExposure to AI tools and interest in experimentationExperience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross functional environments.Skills and Attributes:AI tool fluency and prompt experimentationComfortable operating within defined processesCurious and experimentation drivenDetail-oriented and reliable in executionAnalytical mindset and attention to detailClear written communicationStrong learning orientation.Oliver Wyman is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
