This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Support the employee lifecycle by preparing documentation and coordinating HR processes related to onboarding, employment changes, leave programs, and offboarding activities while ensuring accuracy and complianceMaintain employee records, personnel files, and HC systems to support reliable employee data and effective HC operationsSupport monthly payroll changes with internal service providers, helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on timeMonitor deadlines, maintain checklists and prepare correspondenceSupport employee experience initiatives, including onboarding coordination, benefits administration, absence management, and responding to employee questionsAssist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives, helping the team identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery. What you need to have: Successfully completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or vocational training with additional focus on Human Resources (advantageous)Ideally first practical experience in the area of Human Resources, can also be through internships or working student positionsOpen-minded personality with a good sense for interpersonal relationships, a strong team player mentality and a problem solver with a strong service focusIndependent, structured, and precise working style as well as willingness to learnFluent in English, both written and spokenWhat makes you stand out?
