Job Overview:Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Americas Business FP&A team to analyze daily revenue flows and drivers, identify business trends and lead the forecasting process. This role will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, analytics, and business performance to support key decision-making that aligns with the firm’s strategy and goals.Key Responsibilities:Become the team’s subject matter expert on revenue transactionsManage financial operations to maintain revenue integrityCollaborate across finance teams and business partners to shape annual budget plans for revenue and resource capacity planningLead the monthly financial flash process, identify revenue drivers and present findings to the CFOMonitor budget and understand variances against actual outcomesModernize core financial processes utilizing ChatGPT, Claude or other LLM-based toolsExperience Required:BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred3+ years’ experience in a consulting, financial, or highly analytical roleSkills and Attributes:Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-organizedExperience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysisIntellectual curiosity to seek new challenges and develop creative solutions to problemsSharp communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders at all levels of the firmEffective management of competing priorities in a dynamic work environmentInnovative, confident and willing to challenge the status quoTechnical Skills:Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data in Excel using advanced formulas. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
