This role will be based in New York City and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As a Private Equity Specialist, you will join Mercer’s North America Private Equity Funds team within the Alternative Investments Group, working closely with senior research staff to support portfolio construction and management for advisory and delegated client accounts. You will develop the skills to lead end-to-end due diligence processes for evaluating and underwriting prospective private equity strategies, while building expertise in private equity portfolio construction and manager selection. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $88,000 to $176,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
