As our Producer on the Business Insurance team, you’ll prospect, develop leads into qualified opportunities, recommend solutions to meet the clients’ expectations, and manage the executive-level client relationships while appropriately delegating daily activities to practice group team-members as appropriate. These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing the MMA sales model and value-added resources.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor degree preferred5 years of external business-to-business (B2B) sales with demonstrated sales successes preferredMust be able to obtain and maintain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance license, and successfully meet all Continuing Education requirements for insurance licenseHighly motivated to generate and sell new business and ensure high rate of client retentionCommunicate and work effectively with other departments to meet the clients’ expectationsPossess excellent organizational, time management and presentation skillsBalance the need to be assertive yet consultative with a positive and competitive attitudeWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
