As our Producer on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll be responsible for high quality growth of the Employee Benefits practice. This includes networking, retaining and growing revenue while leveraging the resources of Marsh McLennan Agency.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceSeasoned EH&B Insurance Sales or Industry Professional with minimum 5 years of experienceLicensed in Health & Benefits and Life InsuranceStrong collaborative and relationship-building skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel; willing to attend training session if needed for other applicationsExcellent interpersonal communication and telephone skills required for successful daily interactionsAbility to communicate effectively with people at all levels, whether in person, over the telephone or via email and written communicationsDemonstrated ability to provide quality customer service, proven history in a sales type of roleSelf-starter, with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and experience in/interest in knowledge of benefits industry (competitors, region, and end users) will be highly regardedAbility to conceptualize and communicate employee group benefit productsAbility to multi-task and manage multiple prioritiesWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
