This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with senior leaders, product owners, and developers to design exceptional web and analytics products.We are looking for a Product Designer who brings a strong foundation in UX — research, systems thinking, and interaction design — alongside solid UI craft. You will work embedded in cross-functional product teams, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to design experiences that are both deeply useful and visually refined. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive, user-centered web and analytics interfaces and possess excellent English communication skills.We will count on you to: Collaborate closely with senior leader to understand and translate their vision into compelling designsWork with product owners to scope and develop meaningful, user-friendly design templates that align with business goalsPartner with developers to ensure effective implementation and delivery of design solutionsDesign and iterate on web and analytics product interfaces that enhance user experience and engagementConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionalityMaintain consistency in design standards and ensure accessibility and usability across platformsGenerating user flows and personas to support product design and understandingProviding analysis on usage statistics to inform future design decisionsCommunicate design concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical and technical stakeholdersWhat you need to have: 5+ experience in product design, specifically for web and analytics products.Strong systems thinker: you see how individual screens connect into flows, and how flows connect into broader experiences;Comfortable with ambiguity — able to make progress when requirements are incomplete and iterate as clarity emerges;Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centric design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design;Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively;Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Comfortable working and communicating with non-technical business users in English;Ability to maintain discretion and deal appropriately with confidential information;What can you expect?
