Company:Marsh CommercialDescription:We are seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead a Leeds-based team of Enterprise Sales Advisors responsible for meeting clients’ commercial insurance needs. Our clients typically range from sole proprietors through to SMEs.In this role, you will oversee day-to-day performance and workflow, while contributing to strategic decision-making and driving growth across the team.
