As our Select Accounts Producer on the Sales team, you’ll develop leads into qualified opportunities, recommend solutions to meet the clients’ expectations, and serve as the conduit to MMA’s resources during the new business and renewal business where appropriate. These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing the MMA sales model and value-added resources. Includes cross-selling of XLP, Benefits, Financial Services and Employer Services (including fees for loss control, health management, HR consulting). Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
