Company:MercerDescription:Senior Project Manager – Brand We are seeking a talented individual to join our Change and Transformation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Portfolio Team manages the delivery of significant change initiatives across the Mercer Super business. In this role, you will support marketing and re-brand programmes in a highly regulated environment, with accountability for end-to-end project planning, delivery and stakeholder coordinationThe immediate focus will be leading the project management of a large-scale rebrand project for Mercer Super.This is a 12-month fixed term contractWe will count on you to:Lead the scoping, planning, scheduling and delivery of projects in line with Mercer Super’s project management methodologySet up project governance, prepare project charters, stakeholder plans, resource plans, budgets and integrated project schedulesManage project execution, including change control, quality, issue and risk management, reporting and stakeholder engagementFacilitate workshops, steering meetings and working groups, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and resource pressuresSupport project closure activities, including formal handover, post-project reviews, archiving and team performance inputCoach project team members and help maintain momentum, accountability and delivery focus across multiple workstreamsWhat you need to have:Demonstrated project management experience, or experience as a business or administration analyst on client projects or fund implementation workExperience working in the superannuation industry, with insurance or banking experience also consideredWell-developed planning, stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skillsA practical understanding of project delivery tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft ProjectWhat makes you stand out:A degree qualification and formal project management or ASFA qualificationStrong technical understanding of superannuation, including defined benefit plans, pensions and insuranceExperience managing a large corporate re-brand program is highly beneficialExperience leading projects in a highly regulated environment and working across multiple stakeholdersWhy join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leadersWe foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communitiesOur scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-beingMarsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
