Company:Description:Transaction Lawyer – Investment Funds / Private Markets - LondonAn exciting opportunity has come up for a mid-level, transaction lawyer looking to develop their career within a leading investments and professional services firm. You will join a global business of investment professionals and work closely with Mercer Alternatives legal, tax, compliance, and investment teams on a diverse range of private market transactions and internal initiatives.
