Success is measured through timely, accurate and compliant administration.Recruitment & Candidate CoordinationSupport recruitment activities by screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and preparing employment documentation to help deliver a seamless candidate experience.HR Reporting & Operational SupportPrepare HR reports and workforce statistics, support recurring HR processes and contribute to HR projects that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.Skills & What You Bring To The TeamWe're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build a career in Human Resources.Currently enrolled in a university degree programme with a genuine interest in Human Resources.Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.Confidence communicating in German and English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.What Will Make You Stand OutProactive and solution-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.Passion for operational excellence and creating efficient, high-quality HR processes.Previous internship or working student experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or HR Administration.How To ApplySubmit your CV and supporting documents (e.g., academic and employment certificates).
